We design each edition around the destination rather than using a standard tour template. The usual rhythm is one or two experiences a day, with room to take the place in instead of rushing through a checklist.

Yes. Anyone aged 18 or older can apply. Our groups often skew from the late 20s to early 40s, but fit, energy and the experience itself matter more than fitting a narrow age band.

Yes. You can apply solo or with someone you know.

You'll fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar/Bali). Airport transfers aren't included in the edition price, so you'll need to arrange your own pickup or share a cab with fellow travelers landing around the same time — we'll drop a group chat beforehand so you can coordinate and split costs.

Included: six nights across Ubud, Gili Trawangan and Uluwatu; the Ubud ATV ride; Uluwatu New Year's Eve party entry; return fast ferries and the road transfers connecting the stays to the ports; six breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners; and an ExCo facilitator. Excluded: international flights, visa, airport rides on arrival and departure, drinks and unlisted meals, self-hired bicycles, catamaran or snorkelling, personal shopping and travel insurance. Snorkelling may be offered later as a separately priced add-on, but it is not part of the base edition.

Most hotels/villas have decent WiFi, though it can be patchy on Gili T. We highly recommend grabbing a local SIM (Telkomsel or XL) on arrival — around IDR 100,000-150,000 (~USD 7-10) for a generous data package that covers all three destinations well. Airport counters and small shops everywhere sell them.

You arrange your own ride from DPS airport to the Ubud stay and from Uluwatu back to DPS. The edition includes the Ubud-to-Padang Bai and Padang Bai-to-Uluwatu road transfers, plus the return fast ferries to Gili Trawangan. Gili T has no cars: walk the island or hire a bicycle directly if you want one. Other personal movement is self-arranged and self-paid.

Bali is very tourist-friendly and generally safe. Usual precautions apply — watch your belongings in crowded areas, don't flash valuables, and be careful with scooters if you rent one. Your ExCo trip lead will be with the group throughout and is your first point of contact for any issue. We'll also share local emergency numbers and nearest hospital info for each destination before departure.

Late December is Bali's wet season: hot and humid, with showers that can affect ferry timing and holiday road traffic. Pack a light rain layer and keep some flexibility around transfer days. We do not promise uninterrupted beach weather.

This is easy to moderate overall. The Ubud ATV is the most active included experience; ferry boarding, wet-season paths and walking on car-free Gili T require steady footing. You do not need to be an experienced swimmer. Snorkelling is not included in the base edition and would only be an optional, separately priced activity if offered later.

Alcohol isn't included in the edition price (personal drinks are on you), but Bali's nightlife is legendary — especially Gili T's beach bars and Uluwatu's sunset spots. Local Bintang beer is cheap (~USD 2), and the NYE beach club party will have drinks available for purchase. Not a drinker? No pressure, plenty of people enjoy the trip alcohol-free too.

Absolutely, Bali is very veg-friendly! Ubud especially is a haven for vegetarian, vegan, and health-conscious food — think smoothie bowls, tempeh dishes, and organic cafes everywhere. Gili T and Uluwatu also have solid veg options at every restaurant. Let us know your preferences in advance so we can flag good spots on the itinerary.

Pack light, breathable clothes, swimwear, a rain jacket, comfortable walking shoes, flip-flops, sunscreen, mosquito repellent and a quick-dry towel. Late December is warm and wet-season, so short heavy showers are normal. Bring a small ferry bag and one outfit you will want to wear for the Uluwatu New Year's Eve party.

Plan roughly ₹70,000–₹90,000 beyond the edition price, depending mainly on your flights and personal choices. That working range covers international flights, visa, airport rides, unlisted meals, drinks, shopping and any optional activity you book yourself. The Uluwatu New Year's Eve party entry is already included; drinks and table upgrades are not.

Yes, Indonesia requires a Visa on Arrival for Indian passport holders. It costs around INR 3000 and is processed right at the airport when you land — usually takes 15-20 mins if you have cash/card ready. Keep your passport valid for 6+ months from arrival date. We'll share the exact counter/process details closer to the trip.
