Gameplan

Day 1 - Port Blair
Arrive in Port Blair, ease into island life, and meet your Tribe over a welcome circle followed by dinner with the people you'll soon be exploring the underwater world with.

Bucketlist: Welcome dinner with your diving Tribe

Day 2 - Havelock
Take a scenic ferry to Havelock and ease into island life with your first confined-water sessions, learning what it feels like to breathe underwater.

Bucketlist: First confined-water dive sessions.

Day 3 - Havelock
Wrap up your final sessions at Nemo Beach before taking your first two open-water dives and experiencing the magic of breathing beneath the surface.

Bucketlist: First open-water descent at Nemo Beach.

Day 4 - Havelock
Two more open-water dives, and then it's official. You surface certified, cleared to 18 metres, with a group around you that was in that water too. The newest divers in the Andamans!

Bucketlist: PADI Open Water certification dives.

Day 5 - Havelock
No checklist, no skills to demonstrate today. Two boat dives, Red Pillar, Pilot Reef, The Slope — and you're dropping in simply because you can now.

Bucketlist: Fun dives across Havelock's best reefs.

Day 6 - Neil Island
A short morning ferry to Neil, the quietest of the three islands. No diving today (the no-fly buffer), so the afternoon stretches into a long, unhurried sunset and a proper farewell dinner.

Bucketlist: Sunset and farewell circle on Neil Island.

Day 7 - Port Blair
Checkouts and Goodbyes. Going back home with epic memories and a Tribe for life

Why we’re so excited

We’ve all dreamt of escaping to a tropical paradise, now it’s time to go one step further and learn to breathe underwater. Welcome to your Andaman adventure, where crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and laid-back island life come together for one unforgettable week. One moment you’re taking your first breaths beneath the surface, the next you’re swapping stories over beachside dinners with your Tribe. Between thrilling dives and slow sunsets, there’s plenty of time for ferry rides, salty hair, and the kind of memories that stay with you long after the trip ends.

We'll begin in Port Blair, head to Havelock where you'll go from complete beginner to certified PADI diver, and slow things down with a final island escape in Neil. This isn’t just a beach holiday — it’s a journey of discovery, adventure, and a shared experience you'll remember for years.

Can’t wait to host you. See you soon in the Andamans!

With Love,

    • Gratuities, personal shopping & any unscheduled extras

  • We recommend having a read-through of the itinerary above and getting in touch if you have any questions about diving or fitness.

This expedition is designed for complete beginners and doesn't require prior diving experience. A normal level of fitness and comfort in the water is all you need. The course progresses gradually with plenty of downtime between dives, giving you time to relax, soak in island life, and explore at your own pace.

  • Fly-In: Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair (IXZ)

    Fly-Out:
At the end of the edition, you'll take the morning ferry back to Port Blair. From there, Veer Savarkar International Airport (IXZ)

  • From: Veer Savarkar International Airport (IXZ) at 5:00pm

  • We don't offer airport transfers to the hotel because of the different arrival times of Bucketlister. Easiest way is to book a Fly Bus from the KEF airport to Foss Hotel Baron. We do recommend getting in touch with your fellow travellers on the WhatsApp group to coordinate if anyone is landing around the same time and take a Fly Bus to the hotel with them.

  • The luggage allowance for the internal flights is 15kg. You can pay locally for extra luggage at a cost of INR 5000 for each additional 5kg.

  • This is a well-orchestrated experience designed to leave room for discovery.

Some adventures are pre-planned. Some unfold on the fly. Add-ons can be chosen in advance, and the rest? Facilitators often suggest spontaneous ideas you can join in like a museum pop-in, a hidden cafe stop, or a live gig. These aren’t always in the gameplan, but they’re often the most memorable.

Expect space to explore solo, connect with your tribe, or recharge at your own pace. This is an edition, not an itinerary.

Note: Gameplans, experiences & hotels are subject to change based on on-ground conditions. These changes are rare but can happen with little notice due to availability, poor weather, seasonal changes, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to ensure it has little impact on your experience. From time to time, we may also make changes to your itinerary to try out new ideas and keep things fresh and exciting, which we will always try and communicate to you.

  • 1. Changes & Transfers

    • Request all changes in writing (by the lead traveler) as early as possible.

    • We’ll do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it.

    • A ₹7,000 administration fee + any supplier charges applies per change.

    • Changes to dates or tours allowed up to 60 days before departure; after that, they’ll be treated as cancellations.

    • You may transfer your booking up to three times (each transfer incurs the ₹7,000 fee). Further transfers require payment of any outstanding fees.

    • If we can’t accommodate your change and you opt out, it’s treated as a cancellation.

    2. Cancellations

    • Notify us in writing—cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your notice.

    • Cancellation charges per person (excluding admin fees & insurance):

      • More than 90 days before departure: your full deposit is retained

      • 45–89 days: 50% of total tour cost

      • 30–44 days: 75% of total tour cost

      • Less than 30 days: 100% of total tour cost

    • All fees are based on the original start date, even after transfers.

    • Amendment fees, insurance premiums, single supplements, extra nights, and optional experiences are non-refundable per the above schedule.

    3. Credit Voucher Option

    • For a ₹7,000 fee, convert your payment into a 3-month credit voucher (non-transferable, single use).

    • If your new booking costs less than the voucher value, no refunds or additional credit will be issued.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations or changes.

Why Bucketlist?

The World has a lot to offer / As creators & founders, we look for inspiration in everything we do. We don’t know where the next epiphanies lie. One of the ways we’ve found to engineer serendipity, level up & create space for epiphanies is through new experiences & travel.

We have a lot to share / Hosting festivals, BHX, collaborating with brands and exploring the world has taught us a few things about creating experiences that move - creating communities where none exist.

You asked for it / Everytime we’ve hungout with creators, founders, movement makers, culture shifters in Shillong or in Berlin — they haven’t stopped asking us for more. SOTC, Solo Travel & travelling with friends just doesn’t cut it for them. And there is a big big world to explore. We wished for this and you asked for it.

Crystal-clear waters, tropical islands, vibrant marine life, and slow sunsets.
