- The experiences, entry tickets and internal trip logistics explicitly listed as included
- The meals, facilitator or host support and other services explicitly listed for that departure

- International or domestic flights to and from the trip unless the edition says they are included
- Visa, insurance, airport transfers, meals, drinks and local data unless the edition says otherwise
- Optional add-ons, independent excursions, shopping and personal spending
Compare the complete trip cost, not only the headline fee. Current editions carry the actual price and included/excluded list.

Applying does not collect payment or confirm a seat. The ExCo team reviews the application for the specific edition.

Check the current fee, dates, capacity, stays, inclusions, exclusions and support before accepting.

Follow the assigned payment schedule
Deposit percentages, instalments and deadlines depend on the edition category. There is no universal 20% deposit or 30-day balance rule.

Use the current terms for changes
Cancellation, wallet credit, bank-refund eligibility and supplier commitments follow the policy assigned to your booking.
