Every edition is curated to 14–17 people across professions, cities, and stages of life — never 14 from the same industry. Once you confirm, you get an anonymized cohort snapshot covering roles, cities, and why each person is coming. The full WhatsApp group goes live around 30 days before departure. Median age is typically 28–38; gender ratio targets 50:50 within applicant-pool constraints. If a destination skews younger or older, the edition page says so.

Stays, on-ground transfers, curated experiences, breakfast and one other meal a day, and the host being with you for the whole edition. Not included: flights, visa fees, alcohol, and meals on free evenings. The exact inclusions/exclusions split is in the two-column section on each edition page. No surprise add-ons at checkout.

Cancellation outcomes depend on your edition's category and how close you are to departure. In the early window you receive 90% as ExCo Wallet credit (or 80% as a bank transfer if you've paid ₹50,000+); in the late window 50% wallet (or 40% bank). A flat ₹7,000 administration fee applies. ExCo Wallet credit is valid at full value for 12 months and is transferable to a friend or family member once. Wallet credit cannot be converted to cash. Insurance premiums and third-party costs already incurred remain non-refundable.

A 10% deposit at booking locks your spot — this applies across all edition categories (Visa-Heavy, Mid-Adventure, and Easy-Visa / Domestic). The remaining balance is split into scheduled payments based on the category's payment timeline, with the final payment due before the edition's cut-off. The exact schedule is shown above the deposit button on each edition page. You can pay by UPI, bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.

We're not picking the “best” applicants — we're building a room that works. Range across professions, life stages, and intent matters more than credentials. We read every application. The lens is simple: would this person make the group better, and would the group make this person's edition better.

Yes — both of you go through the same curation flow. The group balance matters more than the headcount, so we apply the same lens to your plus-one. Often both get in. Sometimes only one of you is the right fit for that specific edition, in which case we'll recommend a different edition for the other. Spot transfers between friends or family aren't allowed directly — the original booking has to be cancelled first, and any wallet credit can then be used toward a new booking.

Edition dates are fixed — the host, the cohort, and the on-ground vendors are all locked. Edition transfers are not permitted directly. If your plans change, you'll need to cancel your current booking and use any eligible ExCo Wallet credit toward a new booking. The credit is valid at full value for 12 months.

The number on the edition page is the all-in program fee for what's included — stays, on-ground transfers, curated experiences, breakfast and one other meal a day, and the host. Flights, visa fees, alcohol, and meals on free evenings are excluded. GST applies where relevant; checkout shows the final number. Editions priced in USD/EUR/JPY may convert at the prevailing rate when each scheduled payment is processed; once a payment has been processed it isn't retrospectively adjusted.

Yes, tipping is customary and appreciated in Turkey, though not mandatory. A rough guide: €3-5/day for local guides, €2-3/day for drivers, and small tips (5-10% or rounding up) at restaurants where service isn't already included. Your trip captain will help coordinate group tipping for shared guides so it's simple and fair.

Not included: international flights, visa, mandatory travel insurance, the sunrise balloon ride, the Istanbul hammam, all drinks/personal shopping/laundry, and tips for guides and drivers.

Yes, though we'd recommend grabbing a local Turkey e-SIM or physical SIM on arrival (Turkcell/Vodafone are reliable) — roughly €15-25 for a week of solid data. All hotels have WiFi, and most cafes and restaurants in Istanbul and Bodrum do too. Cappadocia's cave hotels sometimes have patchier signal, so don't count on flawless connectivity there.

All transport between and within Cappadocia, Bodrum, and Istanbul for scheduled group activities is included — this covers transfers, the ATV excursion, the catamaran day, and the Bosphorus cruise. For personal exploring on free evenings (like Bar Street or Kadıköy), local taxis, the Istanbul metro/ferries, and short walks are cheap and easy — a ferry crossing is about €1-2, taxis are metered and reasonable.

Turkey is a well-traveled, tourist-friendly country and all three destinations on this route are established travel hubs. That said, mandatory travel insurance (minimum €30,000 coverage) is required for this trip — no exceptions, since it covers medical emergencies, delays, and lost luggage. Your trip captain will share local emergency contacts, the nearest hospital info for each city, and the emergency assistance line at the pre-trip briefing.

Expect sunny, dry, and warm across all three stops. Cappadocia: 15°C mornings, up to 30°C afternoons — desert climate, so sun protection matters. Bodrum: hot and Mediterranean, 27-33°C, perfect beach weather. Istanbul: slightly milder and more humid, 20-28°C. Rain is unlikely but not impossible — pack a compact rain layer just in case.

This is moderate — not a couch trip, not a bootcamp. Expect the ATV/quad ride in Cappadocia, a fair amount of walking during the Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque tour and the Balat neighbourhood walk, and a day of movement on the catamaran. Nothing technical or requiring prior training, but comfortable shoes and reasonable stamina for 2-3 hour walking stretches will make your week much smoother.

Turkey is a secular country and alcohol is widely available — Bodrum's Bar Street and Kadıköy's rooftop bars are two evenings built into your itinerary specifically for this. That said, drinks aren't included in the edition price, so budget separately (a local beer runs about €4-6, cocktails €8-12 in touristy areas). No pressure to drink either — both evenings work fine on their own terms.

You'll actually eat really well. Turkish cuisine leans heavily on grilled veggies, lentil soups (mercimek çorbası), stuffed peppers, hummus, falafel, and incredible bread and cheese spreads. Vegan options are less automatic but easy to request — say 'vegan' clearly, as vegetarian sometimes gets interpreted loosely with dairy. Cities like Istanbul and Bodrum have dedicated vegan cafes too. Flag your preferences to your trip captain on day one so restaurant picks can adjust.

June in Turkey means warm days (25-33°C) and cool desert nights in Cappadocia, so pack layers — light clothes for daytime, a light jacket for evenings and the balloon-ride-adjacent early mornings. Bodrum is beach territory — swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses are non-negotiable. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for Istanbul's cobblestones and Goreme's valleys. Also pack: a power adapter (Type C/F, 220V), modest clothing for mosque visits (Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque — shoulders and knees covered, headscarf for women), and swim gear for the catamaran day.

Plan for: international flights (varies, roughly INR 45,000-70,000 return from India depending on when you book), visa (INR 3,996), mandatory travel insurance (~€20-40 for the week), and daily spends on meals not covered, drinks, shopping, and the two optional experiences — sunrise balloon ride over Cappadocia (~€150-200) and the Istanbul hammam (~€30-50). Roughly INR 15,000-20,000 extra for the week is a safe buffer beyond the big-ticket items.

Yes — Indian passport holders need an e-Visa for Turkey. It's a simple online application, and the cost is INR 3,996. It typically takes a few days to process, so apply at least 2-3 weeks before departure. This is not included in your edition price — budget for it separately.

If you've confirmed for your edition and applied for your visa but are still waiting on results, you can make a partial payment of 30% and settle the balance once the visa is approved. If the visa is rejected, ExCo deducts 20% of the amount paid and the rest is credited to a future edition. If your visa status remains uncertain 31 days before the edition, you can either reschedule to a future edition free of charge, or hold your spot — in which case the 50% advance becomes non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

A prior rejection (US, UK, Schengen, or otherwise) doesn't automatically disqualify you, but it does mean we'll spend more time on documentation. Flag it during the application — our visa team has a separate intake for travellers with prior rejections so you get an honest read on your odds before you commit financially. Note: passports must remain valid for at least six months beyond the end of the edition.

About 70% of every edition comes solo. By the second dinner, no one remembers who arrived knowing whom. The whole format — shared villa, shared transport, anchor experiences — is built so groups form fast and naturally.
