You’ll need a Turkish Visa to fly for this trip. The process can be started as early as 6 months before departure and you will have to attend the appointment in person.

If you have a valid US or Schegen Visa, you can get an e-visa for Turkey.

We have an in-house visa team who will consult you and assist you through the entire journey over calls & email.

If you arrive on Day 1 of your adventure, or you book pre-tour accommodation with us, your airport arrival transfer will be included.

If you book alternative pre-tour accommodation or are arriving by another mode of transport you must arrange your own arrival transfer.

Arrival transfers will be in a shared van or private vans for Bucketlist depending on flight times. Sometimes this means waiting in the airport for a short while until other flights have arrived.

We don’t offer a departure transfer as Bucketlisters leave at different times of the day and many stay for extra nights. We will offer you support with finding a local taxi.

The luggage allowance for the internal flights is 15kg. You can pay locally for extra luggage at a cost of 80 Turkish lira (approximately USD 5) for each additional 5kg.

This adventure is fast-paced, however, the activities aren’t too strenuous so it is a fantastic trip for those with a normal level of fitness who want to see a lot in their time here. We also design our flow where we give enough downtime & space to explore on your own pace as well.

Please arrive in Cappadocia before 1 pm on Day 1, allowing ample time for immigration and reaching the hotel. You can have enough time to check in (3 pm) and rest, before the welcome meeting & dinner. Your welcome meeting with your Facilitator guide and group will begin around 5-6 pm, although we suggest getting here earlier to enjoy some free time to explore.

Fly into Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV). Fly out of either Istanbul Airport (IST) on the Europe side or Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW) on the Asia side.
